Volunteer with Prospect

Volunteers play an important role in strengthening Prospect’s impact. By sharing your time, skills, and lived experience, you help create welcoming spaces where job seekers can build skills, regain momentum, and move toward meaningful employment.

From supporting events to assisting job seekers in our Employment Resource Centres, volunteers contribute in many meaningful ways. Some also take on peer based roles, offering encouragement and sharing lived experience to support individuals navigating mental health challenges, disability, or unemployment.

Volunteering with Prospect means becoming part of a community that believes in inclusion, opportunity, and the power of people helping people. Every contribution strengthens our organization and helps more Albertans overcome barriers to employment.

Current opportunities may vary throughout the year, including peer based and program specific roles.
